Investors’ grievance committee oversees shareholders grievances and complaints and matters relating to shares transfer, issue of duplicate share certificates etc. The meetings of the Committee are generally held on monthly basis, to oversee that the shareholders grievances are redressed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of complaint except the cases which are constrained by legal impediments/procedural issue. The Company Secretary acts as the Secretary to the Committee.
