residential, commercial building and town planning in
India. A member of Council of Architects.
Mr. Rakesh Sharma (Senior Vice President-Legal & Business
Development)
A Chartered
Accountant from the ICAI and having specialized in
Infrastructure feasibility and has over 25 years of
varied experience.
Mr.Pankaj Agarwal (Senior Vice
President-Construction)
B.E. in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University.
Over 20 years of experience, of which 3 years have been
with Vipul Limited.
Mr. Sumit Goel (Company Secretary)

Company Secretary by Profession, having 8 years of
experience in the profession. He has also done LLB from
Delhi University.
